Work Order Manager. Users can enter facility work requests, dispatch work orders and create facility reports on all activities. All users can track their work orders anywhere, anytime they have access to the Internet or corporate intranet. softWrench uses Maximo as its back-end database, but improves upon the Maximo functionality with at-a-glance status indicators, response time monitoring, user-friendly work order entry and commenting, intuitive data entry, tailored dispatch templates, and more streamlined security roles.

Extensive Reporting. softWrench includes hundreds of report query options that can be saved for quick access and shared with other users who need to view the same reports.

Easy Implementation. Supply and Service makes the implementation easy with shell templates that get your information loaded quickly and a dedicated Project Manager to help you through the process.

Customer Branded. Supply and Service can tailor your softWrench portal to coordinate with your existing website and corporate branding standards.
