Amanda Hayden - President and CEO

Amanda Hayden is President and Chief Executive Officer of softWrench Solutions, a leader in providing simplified solutions to the ITSM, ITAM and EAM marketplaces. Hayden also holds a Corporate Director office.

Throughout her five years with the Control Group of companies, Hayden held an EVP role with the corporate office, giving her experience across the group's products, services and international operations. Hayden led the acquisition of softWrench Solutions in 2007 and has since led the day-to-day operations and spearheaded company strategy by leading the company's product management, technology and business development groups.

Before joining softWrench Solutions and the Control Group, Amanda held various executive positions in software companies located throughout the United States, Europe and Australia.

Amanda holds a Computer Science degree and several IT certifications.

Michael Vogt - Vice President, Operations

Michael is the Vice President, Operations and is responsible for overall planning and execution of all projects.

Michael has over thirty years of experience in Information Technology, and has held positions from programmer/analyst to Manager Application Development to IT Director for such companies as Dresdner Bank, Siemens Communications, Synoptics Communications, Mattel Interactive, American Express, Wells Fargo, Autodesk and others. He has managed many large-scale, multi-division and multi-location projects and is highly knowledgeable in all areas of the software development life cycle.

Michael holds a BS in Business Administration and Computer Science from Fachhochschule of Mainz, Germany.

Jenniffer Pazderski - Business Analyst

Jenniffer is the Business Analyst for softWrench Solutions and is responsible for financial activities that ensure the operational effectiveness of the business. She also serves as the liaison between the customer and the business unit financial operations.

Before joining softWrench Solutions, Jenniffer worked in a leadership role within the sales and marketing department of an insurance/financial services company and has experience in the public accounting sector as a corporate tax accountant.

Jenniffer has her B.S.B.A. in Accounting from Shawnee State University.

Jonathan Baffa - Technology Evangelist

Jonathan has several years of Maximo deployment expertise, working on numerous softWrench and Maximo installation and upgrade projects. His expertise stems from a background in information technology combined with facilities management and his extensive experience in Maximo v 4, 5, 6 and 7. Baffa has participated in IBM Redbook programs, resulting in co-authorship for three IBM published RedBooks.

Slava Luchianov - VP, Product Management

Slava is responsible for gathering, reviewing and analyzing product requirements for all projects. He leads tech development, documentation development and supervises the quality assurance activities.

Prior to joining softWrench Solutions, Slava has worked in lead IT positions with various companies.

Slava received a master’s degree in Physics from the Universitatea de Stat din Moldova and holds several Microsoft certifications and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and BrainBench Certified Professional: C++.

Laura Williams - Marketing Manager

Laura is responsible for all aspects of marketing including development and implementation of the company’s annual marketing plan, branding, website, sales materials, events and conferences.

Laura brings over 20 years of marketing, advertising and public relations experience to softWrench Solutions. Prior to joining softWrench Solutions, Laura worked in various marketing positions within corporate and agency environments.

Laura received her formal education at West Virginia University and is a member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and the American Marketing Association (AMA).

Brent Myers - HR Director

Brent is responsible for leading softWrench Solutions’ strategic Human Resource planning and talent management initiatives with a focus toward improving our people development programs to ensure we continually meet business needs.

Brent has a unique blend of human resource and facility management experience that enables him to optimize the contribution of human resources at softWrench Solutions. He has more than 20 years of experience working in manufacturing and health care sectors.

Brent has a proven leadership of implementing human resource initiatives to enhance the strategic direction of organizations. Most recently he was the VP, Human Resources at a multi-location managed care facility with a large call center.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.

Greg DePinto - Vice President, Sales

Greg is the Vice President of Sales for softWrench Solutions and is responsible for developing new and nurturing existing business and managing the softWrench Partner Program.

Prior to joining softWrench Solutions, Greg worked in sales and business development for various technology companies, including IBM, Sage and Insight.

Greg holds a Technical Degree in IT/IS from the Computer Processing Institute in East Hartford, Connecticut.
